How long does shipping take?
On average shipping can take up to 8-10 business days for 90%of orders and 12-18 business days for 10% of orders (note we use different couriers to fulfill our shipping needs)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally countries covered by Eco Essentials Emporium are provided when checking out.
Can i return or exchange an item?
Yes, returns and exchanges must be settled within 30 days of receiving a product all sales are final after 30 days (note customers will be charged for exchanges once product is shipped)
Do i need to create an account to order?
No, it's not necessary to create an account to order although we would recommend you do create one to get discounts and promotions.
How do i track my order?
Order Tracking details are provided after an order is shipped .
What are your business hours?
We operate from 06:00am - 17:00pm Monday-Thursday and 07:00am-16:00pm on Friday GMT.
